Cengage Learning Asia to represent Mercury Learning and Information exclusively in the Asia Region

Cengage Learning Asia and Mercury Learning and Information jointly announced that an agreement has been reached whereby Cengage Learning Asia will represent Mercury Learning and Information in the Asia region namely Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand (including Indo-China - Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia), Vietnam, India and the Indian Sub-continent (includes Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal), Philippines (including Oceania - Guam, Commonwealth of Northern Marianas Islands - Saipan, Rota, Tinian), Republic of Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Pohnpei, Yap, Marshall Islands, Majuro, Kwajalein, and American Samoa), Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, Korea, Taiwan, China, Mongolia, Japan, with immediate effect. Both parties look forward to working together to maximize the enhanced opportunities this agreement brings.
