Cengage Learning Announces New Innovation Hub In Mission Bay San Francisco

 Recognizing the Bay Area as a leading EdTech center, education leader sets sights on recruiting top business and technical talent to help redefine the future of education

San Francisco, CA – May 1, 2014 – Cengage Learning, a leading global educational content, technology and services company for the higher education and K-12, professional and library markets, today announced the company’s new West Coast office located in the Mission Bay area of San Francisco.  Designed by the award-winning architecture firm Gensler, and purposely built to support the best and brightest technical and business talent that the Bay Area has to offer, the new offices mark the beginning of the company’s next strategic chapter to redefine the future of education through technology and product innovation.   Cengage Learning’s move into San Francisco also solidifies the “City By The Bay” as not only one of the best known tech hubs in the world, but also a growing innovation center within the EdTech space.

The new Cengage office has more than 250 employees across all functional areas including product development.
